Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the tovtpk.digital service (tovtpk.digital). By registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree — do not use the service.

tovtpk.digital is a tool for automating work with Facebook Ads: launching campaigns via a wizard and presets, bulk uploading to several ad accounts, viewing statistics and managing campaigns. All operations are performed through the official Facebook Marketing API on behalf of the Facebook accounts you have connected and only on your command.

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you provide accurate information during registration;
• you connect only those Facebook accounts that you own or that you are entitled to manage;
• you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for access to your account.

The service is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not its product. By using the service, you undertake to comply with the Meta advertising policies and the terms of use of the Meta platforms. You are responsible for your campaigns' compliance with these policies.

It is prohibited to use the service for:

• advertising illegal goods and services;
• distributing misleading or fraudulent advertising;
• working with others' accounts and ad accounts without the right of access;
• attempts to circumvent the technical restrictions of the service or Facebook;
• actions that violate applicable law.

The service performs actions (creating campaigns, changing budgets, stopping ads) strictly according to your settings and commands. You understand that:

• launching a campaign leads to real spending in your ad accounts;
• you check the settings yourself before launching;
• the service does not guarantee passing moderation, advertising results or the absence of ad account bans by Meta.

By uploading images and videos to the media library, you confirm that you hold the rights to them. The materials remain your property; we use them only to carry out your commands (uploading to your ad accounts).

The current stage of the service is free. We will give advance notice in the platform interface about the introduction of paid plans. The cost of the advertising itself on Facebook you pay directly to Meta from your ad accounts — the service has nothing to do with these payments.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, compatibility with future changes to the Facebook API, or any advertising campaign results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, bans of ad accounts or Facebook accounts, or for Meta's decisions regarding your advertising.

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these terms, abuse of the service or as required by law — where possible with prior notice.
